Who we are
This website belongs to SJK(T) Ladang Wellesley (school code KBD5048), 09600 Lunas, Kulim, Kedah. It shares news and information about the school with pupils, parents and the community.
Messages you send us
If you use the contact form, your name, your phone number or email address and your message are sent to the school through a Google Form, so the school can reply to you.
Counting visits
Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics count visits and show which pages are read. Google Analytics uses cookies; it does not tell the school your name or contact details. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.
Your language choice
A small cookie remembers whether you chose English, Bahasa Melayu or Tamil, so the website opens in that language next time.
Pupils' photos and names
Photos and names of pupils appear on this website to celebrate school life and achievements. Parents who would like a photo or name taken down can ask the school office, and it will be removed.
How the information is used
Only to reply to you, to run and improve the website, and to keep it secure. The school does not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Google (Forms and Analytics) and Cloudflare (which runs this website) handle information for the school under their own privacy policies. Some of their computers are outside Malaysia.
Staff accounts
For school staff who update the website, the school keeps their name, email address and a scrambled form of their password that cannot be turned back into the password.
Your choices and rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings; the website still works without them. Under the PDPA you may ask to see or correct the personal information the school holds about you, or ask the school to stop using it. Contact the school office using the details on the Contact page.
Changes to this notice
